Product Care Standards
To be eligible for exchange, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

Returned with original tags and packaging intact
As a hygiene-first brand, we’re unable to accept items that show any signs of use, including stains, odors, or fabric wear.
Quality Check Promise
All returned products go through a strict quality inspection.
If an item does not meet our standards, it will be sent back to you.
Reverse Pickup

A ₹99 convenience fee is applicable for reverse pickup.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case of an issue:

Refunds
